The Yarborough Hunt building has historic connections with the brewing industry having being built for the Earl Of Yarborough in the 1700's and serving as the Sergeant's Brewery Tap before being closed in 1967.
With an old-fashioned feel created by tiled floors in the bar, open fires and a wealth of historic memorabilia adorning the walls, The Yarborough Hunt re-opened the doors after an extensive two year restoration project in May 2003.
Now with open-beamed ceilings and a number of individual features, the award winning design quickly captures the imagination, bringing a homely feel to those stepping inside.
The Yarborough Hunt is famously, locally and further afield, for the eclectic range of drinks on offer. The wide variety of cask-conditioned ales is complimented by fruit beer, wheat beer and Ausberg beer - all on draught! This is further enhanced by an array of approximately 50 malt and other whiskies - a quality of which is hard to beat.
Whether popping in for a freshly-ground cappuccino, taking a break to catch up with the newspapers or simply meeting over a few drinks, The Yarborough Hunt's relaxing environment is the place to be!
