The Tom Wood's Success Story

Tom Wood started Highwood Brewery in March 1995 using a redundant grain store located on the family farm in Melton Ross. After much investment the Highwood business now trades beyond Lincolnshire and since 2007 into Norfolk.
Continual growth has been driven by the Tom Wood Cask Ale franchise with over 15 million pints being sold through a dedication to customer service and local knowledge.

1995	Tom Wood cask ale is produced for the first time
1997	Bottling of Tom Wood's cask ale commences
1998	Tom Wood Beer sees the 1st Millionth Pint produced!
2001	New investment increases the brew plant capacity
2002	Conways Licensed Wholesale operation purchased in reverse takeover
2003	New investment in technology platform, 40,000sq ft offices & warehousing in Grimsby
2005	10 Millionth Pint produced!
2006	Trading area extended with new 'satellite' depot in North Norfolk
2007	Strategic & operational planning review conducted on completion of new 60 brewer barrel brew plant
2008	15 Millionth Pint produced!
