This mid coloured beer has a fine balance of malt and hops retaining the Highwood Brewery dry after taste.

WAGONERS ALE 4.8% ABV

Available throughout February

Amber bronze in colour, with a hint of chocolate and a slight roastiness in the mouth. A gentle hop bitterness from a blend of traditional English hops

LINCOLNSHIRE LEGEND 4.2% ABV

Available throughout March

This beer has an old fashioned bitterness but leaves the palate clean and fresh. Brewed using only target hops.

BARN DANCE 4.2% ABV

Available throughout April

This mid coloured beer is slightly sweeter bitter with the citrus characteristics of first gold hops coming to the fore.

LINCOLN IMP 5.1% ABV

Available throughout May

Pale and hoppy, nicely balanced, a delicate maltiness in the mouth and a hoppy bitter finish.

FATHERS PRIDE 4.5% ABV

Available throughout June

A chestnut coloured fruity ale with a hoppy aroma, lightly toasted and nutty in the mouth and a delicate tingle of hoppy bitterness at the finish.

SUMMER DAYS 4.4% ABV

Available throughout July and August

A cask conditioned lager style bitter with a delicate flavour.

LINCOLNSHIRE LONGWOOL4.4% ABV

A medium coloured fruity but bitter beer, brewed using first Gold Hops.

JOLLY PLOUGHMAN 5.0% ABV

Available throughout October and November

A chestnut red beer, slightly hoppy aroma mingled with fruity berries predominantly malty in the mouth with the hops returning in the after taste. Also brewed for bottling.
Award winner at Brau Nurenburg 2003 silver award.

CHRISTMAS CHEERS 4.5% ABV

Available throughout December

A smooth dark full bodied bitter with a balanced multi flavour and sweet lingering aroma, finished with a slight hint of whiskey.
